M-Files has been named a Leader in the 2026 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Document Management.
For organizations managing growing volumes of business-critical information, this recognition confirms an important direction: document management is no longer only about storage. The real value is in understanding the context of a document – which decision it supports, who is responsible, which version is valid, what the process status is, and what needs to happen next.
In practice, documents often exist but are not connected well enough.
